Our first matcha experience and it’s very interesting! The tea master explain every steps and even answering our random questions very well in a perfect english. The matcha also very very tasty. Very recommended if you are around Kyoto.

Lovely Matcha joint selling drinks, desserts and other fun matcha snacks! We ordered their rich Matcha Berry Latte and their classic rich Matcha Latte! You can really taste how rich and authentic their Matcha taste is and their blends are the perfect quick boost you’ll need if you’re exploring Kyoto, Japan! The interior is beautiful and staff are very kind! A must try if you’re looking for a good matcha joint!

What a brilliant experience! Had a private tea ceremony with Mika, and really enjoyed the matcha (for only £15 each!). We were taught the correct ceremony steps and had a delightful chat with our sensei. So quiet and traditional in such a busy area, a real gem.

Very relaxing matcha ceremony was a good break from the crowd outside, the host was very sweet we got to make traditional matcha at a better price than other places around
